Turnaround Time
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Turnaround time is the time it takes me to print, pack, and prepare your order to ship. Shipping time is additional and depends on the carrier.
When does my turnaround time start?
Your turnaround time starts when:
Your order is paid, and
Any needed details (sizes, colors, designs, artwork approval, etc.) are confirmed.
Changes to your order after it’s placed may delay your turnaround.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped from Burleson, TX or White Hall, AR, depending on the items included in your order.

Apparel & DTF Printed Items (Burleson, TX):
Most clothing orders ship from Burleson, TX. These pieces are professionally printed by one of my trusted partners who uses a high-quality DTF machine. Her turnaround time and quality are unmatched, and she handles any issues promptly. -
Handmade Items (White Hall, AR):
All of my handmade items are created and shipped directly from White Hall, AR.
The shipping carrier and cost will be based on the method you select at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, items, and destination.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are out of my control, but tracking will be provided when available.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Wild River is not responsible for:
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Delays caused by the postal service or carrier
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a claim. You can still message me and I’ll help where I can, but I can’t guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages.
